Sorry, the only document written in Japanese, currently has been prepared.

A domain name that does not start with a dot is treated as a host
    domain name, in the setting.
The nytimes.com domain is represented as ".nytimes.com".
(The top domain is represented as ".".)

Try to set the cookie section in the option setting panel as follows:

    ...
            ---------------------------------------

    Cookie Setting

    Use Cookie (*)ON ( )OFF
    Accept Cookie (*)ON ( )OFF
    Invalid Cookie [discard]
Domains from which should reject cookies [. ]
Domains from which should accept cookies [.nytimes.com ]
                                                        [OK]
            ---------------------------------------
