    The cookie configuration is undocumented, and I haven't been able to
    figure it out.

    When I set "Accept Cookie" to OFF, I cannot access www.nytimes.com, and
    when I set "Accept Cookie" to ON, I can. But both statements are true
    no matter whether I leave "Domains from which should accept cookies"
    blank or set it to nytimes.com (or *.nytimes.com).

    How do I tell w3m to accept cookies from a few domains and reject them
    from all others?
