[w3m-dev-en 00186] problems with LESSOPEN variable

I have the env var LESSOPEN declared with '|lesspipe "%s"'. This is
confusing w3m with local files (or frames).

The problem is when less (with lesspipe) opens a html file, it passes the
file through lynx to display rendered text, and then passes to w3m, which
wants source html text.

I want the behavior of less bringing to me rendered text; it makes viewing
html files easy. If I want to view the source, I just use VI ':)

How I can fix it? I have already removed the pipe reference from file.c on
w3m, but I'm not secure about this is the better solution. Is it?

Attached is the patch to ignore pipes...
