[w3m-dev-en 00185] no mouse in buffer selection mode

When in the buffer selection mode, I can't use the mouse to select the
the buffer. I believe this is a bug, or perhaps it is a feature that
hasn't been added yet. I am using w3m-0.1.11-pre, but it doesn't work
in w3m-0.1.10 or w3m-0.1.8, either.
