At your suggestion, I just compiled the w3m-0.1.10 with the
display.c.patch from [w3m-dev-en 00154]. I see that the extra blank
line at the top of pages has been fixed, but 'G' still does not go the
the last line when the file comes from stdin. I will test it more
tomorrow.
