I'm afraid I haven't had time to investigate this problem very much
further. However, I have discovered that the <TITLE> tag is not the
only thing that seems to generate extra blank lines. I have fixed the
<TITLE> tag problem in my own copy of w3m, yet when I view an HTML file
containing a table, there is a blank line before the table, too.
